The Greenwood,SC hotel is very clean. I have a complaint about the limited tv channels for those of us that spend most of our time in our room. Absolutely nothing that I want to see. I am not interested in Fox News, white pastors or select sports channels. Also the stool would not flush and I had to go out and buy a toilet plunger..
We had a wonderful stay on Easter weekend. Check-in was quick and easy and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were both very clean and exceeded my expectations. The bed was clean, comfortable. The heat/AC worked well but for some reason kept clicking non-stop. It wasn't loud but did get annoying. I let the front desk know during check-out. The complimentary breakfast was awesome!! Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this location to others.
Rodney was an amazing host! From the 1st contact I had with him to book a room over the phone, to check in and all evening he was amazing. I hope the management realizes what a quality employee they have. Rooms were clean and pool was refreshing. Nice hotel in the area for the price. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Wonderful stay, we are super grateful to have met Rodney and enjoyed our stay even more because of him! you Rodney! Hope our paths cross again someday!
I was frozen out of my home in northern South Carolina and out of necessity I drove out of the storms greatest influence. This trip was totally impromptu. Staff and accommodations were more than I'd hoped for . Kudos Fairfield by Marriot .
We were pleasantly surprised with our visit. Although we are loyal Marriott users we don't normally choose Fairfields. However this one surpassed all of our expectations. Conveniently located with plenty to do nearby. Movie theater, shopping, groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The rooms are clean and somewhat spacious and the customer service was good.
Facilities Are Very Clean. Employees All Super Friendly. Breakfast Was Good. I Wasn't Too Pleased With The Mattress Or Pillows But I'm Very Picky So I Won't Hold This Against Them. Indoor Pool Was The Reason We Stayed There. It Was Warm Enough To Swim With Very Cold Temperatures Outside. Hot Tub Was Broken But They Told Us When We Booked So We Knew Going In. All In All Great Experience. I'll Stay There Again If I'm Back In Town.
My family booked a number of rooms here while in the area for a funeral in October. The staff is excellent and a special thank you to Emilee who is a super star. She even gave a beautiful speech to my family before we all left. She is an absolute gem and the company is lucky to have her. The rooms were good and clean. Location is close to shops and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again.
Always a pleasurable stay. I am in Greenwood frequently and book here often. Hotel had a complete renovation a year ago, rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet! Joy, the office desk manager is very helpful with any needs! My only critique would be the new showerhead are a little lacking in pressure. But enjoy the extra time the shower takes and relax.
